This is where the results start to show. But even so, meaningful and lasting engagement requires hard work, too.
There are so many valuable “actions” that advancement work is seeking. Ideally, we have identified our engagement goals way back in the strategy phase. These goals could be numerical — like dollars raised and people served — or they may be a bit less measurable, revolving around awareness and community impact.
No matter the sought-after action, the need for engagement doesn’t stop just because a goal is met. Engagement is why organizations exist.
This is the life-blood. This is where others start to see what we’ve seen all along!
Be the change you wish to see in the world.
